It’s important to have a goal more specifically Create Quarterly S.M.A.R.T. Goals. It stands for: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timebound. 

Create a Mental Inventory (map):

– Things you should do  

– Things you want to do

– Things that can be put off

Break big goals into actionable little projects, that can be achieved easily.


Decluttering your relationships

Let go of the past. There’s nothing you can do about it, it’s over move past it. Just focus on what you can control.

Bad relationships can be emotionally draining and overwhelming while Close relationships and social connections keep you happy and healthy.

You don’t need a lot of Fake Facebook friends to keep you happy. All you need is a close-knit circle of friends who have your back with mutual trust and respect. Less is more in this case so declutter your relationships wisely. Let the negative ones go.

If you find negative interactions that leave you emotionally drained, then you should look for ways to either improve these relationships or remove certain people from your life.

Clutter in your environment can cause a lot of different problems. Clutter can reduce your efficiency and make you feel overwhelmed, which can cause stress and anxiety. Clutter can decrease your creativity, and it can become a big problem in your life.
